Christmas in France

In France, Christmas takes place on December 24th in the evening ( the Christmas Eve) and on December 25th. The children are going to lie down(to go to bed) 24 in the evening and when they wake up, they discover the multiple presents put down(deposited) by the Santa Claus at feet of the Christmas tree. The Christmas tree is a natural or artificial fir tree which we decorate with balls and with garlands. Christmas is also a family feast day. The meal and often differs from the others. Indeed we eat some foie gras, some turkey and the buche of Christmas for dessert accompanied with champagne.

Here is that's right Christmas in France !
