Full Session Description: The beauty of homeschooling is that it can be whatever you want it to be. You are free to do the things that matter most to you. You can learn and grow outside of conventional education or you can replicate school at home and everything in between. The choice is yours. Let’s explore some of the many options of home education together so that you can truly design your home education to fit the interests and needs of the learners and the home educating family.
Bio: Olivia C. Loria is an International Education Consultant with 43 years experience working in private schools, public schools, and with homeschoolers. She was the founder and director of Pinewood School (1981-1996). She worked for Clonlara School for 19 years, most recently as the Spanish Office Liaison working with the Spanish Office staff to organize the program in Spain and as an advisor to the 11th and 12th grade Spanish students. She is an Advisory Board Member of the National Coalition of Alternative Community Schools (NCACS) and has served as president, secretary, and a member of the Board of the NCACS in the past.
